Organogenesis Incorporated

Organogenesis Inc. designs, develops and manufactures medical therapeutics containing living cells and/or natural connective tissue. The company was formed to advance and apply the emerging field of tissue engineering to majormedical needs. Organogenesis' lead product, Apligraf(R), was launched in the US in June 1998. Apligraf is the only mass-manufactured product containing living human cells to show efficacy in a controlled study and gain FDA PMA approval.
