Precision Therapeutics, Inc. is an exciting, fast-growing, personalized cancer management services company founded in 1995 to help physicians determine the most appropriate cancer treatments for their individual patients.
We've developed a patented technique for successfully growing human tumor-derived cells in culture and testing the cultivated cells for drug sensitivity and/or resistance. The company's ChemoFx® Assay is the first application of this technology. The results provide medical and surgical oncologists with patient-specific tumor information that may provide additional insight when determining the appropriate course of treatment for a patient.
