In 1994, the business was acquired by its management in order to progress the development of its innovative platform "intelligent inhalation" technology known as Adaptive Aerosol Delivery™ or "AAD™". In March 2000, Profile Therapeutics plc completed its IPO on the London Stock Exchange to exploit the opportunities presented by this technology.

Profile Therapeutics plc now comprises three complementary businesses, each with its own focus in the area of drug delivery but with a shared common aim.



To improve the lives and therapy of the young, the elderly and patients with impaired breathing who present a challenge to treatment.
