Oxford, UK; 27 February 2006 – Oxford Immunotec Ltd, the T cell measurement company, has announced a number of appointments to its Senior Management Team. Philip Page has been appointed as Director, Operations with effect from April 1st 2006. Mr Page has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining the Company, he was Operations Director for Evotec OAI Ltd where he was responsible for the Production, Quality and Engineering departments. James O’Rafferty has been appointed as Associate Director European Sales with immediate effect. Mr O’Rafferty joined the Company from VWR International Limited, a division of Merck KGA, where he held the position of European Market Development Manager Healthcare. He has over 15 years experience in pharmaceutical and diagnostic product sales. Barbara Maniglia has been appointed as Senior Manager of EU Marketing with immediate effect. Mrs Maniglia has more than 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing and prior to joining the Company was Team Leader Marketing and Manager European Events for Applied Biosystems. Commenting on these appointments Dr Peter Wrighton-Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Immunotec said “We are delighted to have completed the recruitment of the Company’s Senior Management.
