You will be able to try out the system's powerful auditing and GLP features and its consistent and accurate Click&Score scoring method. This new method is intelligent, adaptive and requires absolutely no configuration or tweaking of parameters.

Perceptive Instruments has launched the Comet Assay IV Data Extractor program for the secure extraction of comet assay measurement and audit data generated using the Comet Assay IV system.

In GLP-regulated environments, data is often saved to an Oracle database in order to ensure the level of security required. Perceptive Instruments has simplified the process of creating reports and performing further analyses by removing the need to setup and configure unfamiliar third party tools.

The Data Extractor allows authorised users and quality assurance auditors to browse, filter and group raw data, audit trails and scored cell images held within Oracle. Each measurement can be viewed together with the corresponding image stored in order to check its validity. The images can be saved individually or in batches and retrieved within Comet Assay IV.

Data can be extracted to Microsoft Excel while maintaining the security of the original data within Oracle. Data can also be saved to Excel in a format which is compatible with any existing macros such as the Spreadsheet Generator for statistical analysis.
