CONCORD, OH (November 8, 2006) — Mr. R. Ian Lennox has been appointed Executive Chairman at Ricerca Biosciences, LLC. Mr. Lennox is co-founder of Impax/Fairway Capital which manages over $500 million of investment assets including CMDF Life Sciences funds. He is past CEO, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Markets at MDS Inc., CEO, Phoenix International Life Sciences and Executive Chairman and CEO, Drug Royalty Corp. Mr. Lennox's career began at Monsanto Company where for almost twenty years he was in various leadership positions in both the US and International operations.
