Dental Network of America (DNoA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, and an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. HCSC is the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States and the fourth largest health insurer in the country overall, with 12.4 million members in its Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. DNoA acts as the claims and network administrator for all HCSC dental programs, including the integrated medical-dental wellness program - BlueCare Dental Connection, providing comprehensive administrative and consultative support to 2.6 million dental members nationwide. DNoA also offers services in proprietary network development, actuarial, underwriting, marketing and sales support to their clients.
