The Company owns, operates and manages twelve primary care clinics, of which two are medical clinics and ten are chiropractic clinics. The clinics are located in San Antonio, McAllen, Laredo, San Benito, Corpus Christi and Houston, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana.

American HealthChoice employs licensed medical doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists. At September 30, 2000 the Company had a total of 65 employees. Of this number 8 were employed by the Company's medical clinics, 49 by the chiropractic clinics, and 8 at the Company's corporate office.
