The short period of time after birth is the only moment at which the stem cells can be collected. In order to ensure sterile collection of blood, you must be in possession of the necessary Cryo-Care Collection Kit at this point in time. For this reason, make the decisions for the precautions for your child early enough.
For this, please completely fill in and sign the two contract forms, then remove the form with the title "Copy for Cryo-Care" from the middle of the brochure and send it to Cryo-Care / Dublin by mail. The form "Copy for mother / father of the child" integrated into the brochure remains with you.
The Collection Kit with the necessary forms and instructions is sent to you without delay after receipt of the contract and the payment of € 485 to the account of Cryo-Care named to you.
