DNA Software, Inc Company Profile

21:36 EDT 22nd May 2013 | BioPortfolio

DNA Software® provides scalable cloud solutions to the life-science community. Industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, agricultural, academic, and regulatory agencies are using DNAS technology to improve costs, time to market, and overall sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic assays. Our PCR-analysis tools provide absolute DNA copy number without calibration standards, without special instrumentation. Find out what industry leaders already know—that DNAS is the dominant provider in assay design and analysis.

History
For the past 11 years, more than one hundred national and international Fortune 1000 companies, top universities, and leading government agencies have retained DNAS to provide desktop software, custom software, enterprise solutions, and industry-specific research.

We integrated our world-leading expertise in DNA and RNA thermodynamics and folding algorithms into a computational simulation engine called the Oligonucleotide Modeling Platform™.

Our initial commercial product,Visual OMP™, is a desktop software suite that provides rich simulation capabilities, graphical output, and automated design.

OMP Developer Edition™ enables scripted, high-throughput, genome-scale applications such as multiplexed assays and microarrays.

In 2008, DNAS launched ThermoBLAST™, a paradigm-shifting software tool that enables scanning of primers and probes against whole genome databases to identify false positives, thereby improving the performance of diagnostic assays and reducing off-target effects.

In addition to design, DNA Software now offers analysis software in the form of qPCR CopyCount™ allowing you to determine absolute DNA copy number down to a single copy of DNA.

The history of DNA Software also comprises the vision for our future—pioneering powerful, high-value solutions to the world-wide life-science community.

Accolades
From all corners of the life-science community, DNA Software has been recognized as an industry leader…
