The company is also exploring development agreements with several food packaging products manufacturers.

The company expects to earn commercial revenues from: license fees from the use of Toxin Guard™ technology in commercial applications; sales of reagents for the licensed production of Toxin Guard™ products; and, from the continuing sale of antibodies from the company's bioreactor facility at the University of Guelph.
