Professional Healthcare Hospice Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Professional Healthcare Resources, Inc, the largest independent home care firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Founded in 1994, we provide home health care, hospice, and private duty personal care services to over 1,500 patients each day. The company is headquartered in Annandale, Virginia, and operates eight branches throughout the tri-state area: four in Virginia (Annandale, Norfolk, Richmond, and Roanoke), three in Maryland (Baltimore, Bethesda, and Lanham) and one in Washington, DC. Our mission is “To provide high quality home healthcare and hospice services to more people”.
