Our mission is to make it easier for people to have the Internet, cable and phone services they need, always working smarter to delight them with a stress-free experience. WOW! is different from other providers. We believe in providing our customers simple choices in bundled services, offering those bundles at a fair price that’s guaranteed, and backing up our bundles with the type of quality customer service that each customer deserves.
We’re proud to have served our communities in Illinois, Michigan and Ohio since 1996. We started out with cable TV and over the years have added the services that our customers need. Today we offer digital cable, HDTV, DVRs, a choice of high-speed Internet speeds, and unlimited local and long distance phone service. We continue to listen to our customers and have plans to offer more exciting services in the future.
WOW! is privately owned by Avista Capital Partners. With Corporate offices in Denver, WOW! has assembled a diverse and experienced management team. This team and all WOW! employees share a passion for doing things right and delighting our customers with friendly, quality service and affordable prices.
