MRM Proteomics is a leading provider of advanced protein quantification, biomarker and proteomic services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries. We are specialists in quantitative targeted proteomics through the use and development of Multiple Reaction Monitoring-Mass Spectrometry (MRM-MS).
Our MRM-MS platform technology has a wide number of applications in drug discovery and clinical development particularly with regards to biomarker discovery/validation, drug toxicity and cell signalling research.
Our approach allows for the rapid and efficient development of life science research projects and drug development programs. It is rapid and inexpensive compared with ELISA development. Our assays can be highly multiplexed to allow for the quantification and analysis of 10s to 100s of proteins/biomarkers in one analysis from a single drop of blood serum or plasma as well as other fluids/tissues.
Our PeptiQuant™ MRM Assays (Pre-defined and/or Custom designed) have several significant advantages over other protein/biomarker quantification methods, including HPLC and antibody based ELISA assays.
