Balanitis

Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis . When the foreskin is also affected, it is termed balanoposthitis.Lack of aeration and irritation because of smegma and discharge surrounding the glans penis causes inflammation and edema. (From the Wikpedia article Balanitis.)
