Isosporiasis

Isosporiasis is a human intestinal disease caused by a parasite called Isospora belli. Symptoms include diarrhea and weight loss. It is sometimes associated with AIDS. The first documented case was in 1915. (From the Wikpedia article Isosporiasis.)
