Panniculitis

Panniculitis is a group of diseases whose hallmark is inflammation of subcutaneous fatty and muscle tissue. Symptoms include tender skin nodules, and systemic signs such as weight loss and fatigue. (From the Wikpedia article Panniculitis.)
