Thrombophlebitis

Thrombophlebitis is phlebitis related to a blood clot or thrombus. When it occurs repeatedly in different locations, it is known as "Thrombophlebitis migrans" or "migrating thrombophlebitis". (From the Wikpedia article Thrombophlebitis.)
