POWDERMED APPOINTS ADAM CHRISTIE AS CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER Oxford, UK, 8th November 2004 – PowderMed Ltd (PowderMed), a company focusing on the development of therapeutic DNA vaccines has announced that it has appointed Adam Christie as Chief Business Officer. Mr Christie has strong commercial and business development experience in the life science industry. His most recent position was as Business Development Director of PPL Therapeutics. Previous positions included working for GlaxoSmithKline, ABN Amro, Fisons, Abbott Laboratories and Schering AG. Welcoming Adam as the new Chief Business Development Officer, Clive Dix, CEO of PowderMed commented: “Adam’s wealth of commercial and business development experience will strengthen the Powdermed Executive Team.
