Platz New Account Manager at STMP Germany
Munich, Germany, September 25, STMP Marketing
Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefan Platz as new
Account Manager at its German office in Munich. Stefan, who was born and
raised in Linz, Austria, has recently graduated from Vienna University
with a Master’s Degree in Genetics.
Stefan is also participating in an MBA
program for Applied Biomedicine at the Danube University in Krems,
Austria. He will graduate in October 2003. Stefan developed a strong
interest in communications during his studies in Vienna and worked
part-time in a marketing agency.
“After my graduation in Vienna I was sure I
wanted to stay in the communication business. Munich, being one of the
biggest Biotech-Clusters in Europe, was the perfect choice for me and when
the job opportunity at STMP opened up I knew I had found what I was
looking for” said Stefan.
The
STMP office in Munich was opened in October 2001 and is led by Dr. Eileen
Paul. STMP’s UK office, in Manchester, has been focused on the
bioscience market for the last 11 years becoming a specialist in providing
marketing solutions to International scientific, technical, medical and
pharmaceutical companies. The account managers at STMP are scientists with
experience in sales and marketing, therefore providing the expertise that
is needed to create tailored communication solutions for bioscience
companies. Opening an office in Munich was the first step to accomplishing
the goal of becoming a key player in European biotech marketing.
