UNIBIOSCREEN’S Board Of Directors Appoints Pierre Hochuli As Chairman Of The Executive Committee ANDERLECHT, Belgium, March 1, 2005 – UNIBIOSCREEN SA, a privately held Brussels-based cancer drug-discovery/development and contract research company, announced today the appointment of Pierre Hochuli as Chairman of the Executive Committee. Pierre Hochuli, MBA, spent 23 years with Monsanto, where he most recently served as President International and Corporate Executive VP. At Monsanto, he was instrumental in developing the company’s top position in Ag Biotech and in pursuing the growth plan for its pharmaceutical business. He also was a member of the board of Industry Associations such as EuropaBio and US-China Business Council. Mr. Hochuli is Venture Partner of PolyTechnos, a German venture capital firm. During the last 4 years, Mr. Hochuli was on the Board of Directors of biopharmaceutical companies. “Pierre has considerable analytical and strategic skills.
