THE WERCS CONTINUES TO EXPAND Company Adds Two Industry Veterans to Business Development Team

Albany, NY (July 29, 2004) – The Wercs, Ltd., the global leader in Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) software, today announced the appointments of William McCausland as Regional Territory Manager and Christine Reinhardt as Senior Account Executive.  McCausland and Reinhardt will be responsible for increasing the The Wercs’ market share within the chemical and allied trade industries.

McCausland brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the software industry, working with companies such as Orion Financials, Comshare, Inc., Stratus Computer Corporation and most recently Adirondack Data Systems as a reseller for Microsoft’s Great Plains ERP solution.  During his tenure with the respected companies, he was largely involved in increasing business development efforts and establishing strategic partnerships.   McCausland holds a M.B.A in finance and marketing from the University of Connecticut , an M.A. in Mathematics from Wayne State University in Detroit , MI and a B.S. from Siena College in Loudonville , NY .

Reinhardt brings more than 15 years of software industry experience by working with BMC Software, SAS Institute, Inc., Lagunawave, Inc., Remedy, and Honeywell, Inc.  Her expertise consists of sales and sales management, strategic business planning and development and contract negotiation.  Most recently, Christine was instrumental in the planning and development of BMC’s Reseller Channel Program. During the course of her career, she has worked with the largest ERP, DBMS and Infrastructure Management and Systems software vendors. Reinhardt holds a B.A. in business administration and marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
