Andersen Piquet Strengthens Team With Three New Appointments

Ascot, 8 October 2002: Andersen Piquet Ltd, an executive search firm specialising in the life sciences/healthcare sector, has recruited Caroline Duncan as Search Consultant with special responsibility for biotechnology industry placements.

She joins from another executive search firm in the healthcare sector. Previously Caroline spent eight years as the executive responsible for membership and event management at the BioIndustry Association, the sector’s trade body.  Commenting on Caroline Duncan’s appointment Sue Harris, Managing Director of Andersen Piquet said “We are delighted Caroline is joining us. Her previous experience coupled with her knowledge and understanding of the biotechnology sector will be an extremely valuable addition to Andersen Piquet.”

Also, joining Andersen Piquet’s Advisory Board are John Fulford and Pam Howard.  Pam recently completed 16 years with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), latterly as Director of Finance, HR & Administration.  She was also 10 years with Reckitt & Colman as their HR Manager.

John Fulford was founder and chairman of three companies in the executive

search arena: Grosvenor Stewart, Euromedica and People in Health, where he is still chairman.  His pharmaceutical career prior to that was with SmithKline, GD Searle and Becton Dickinson, responsible largely for overseas markets.
