Fremont, CA (PRWEB) August 19, 2012
On August 10, 2012, JH Technologies, a distributor of optical and digital imaging systems, and Pacific Microsystems, a service and technical sales company, have announced a partnership designed to provide a higher level of service to customers in the Pacific Northwest. Pacific Microsystems is a new organization with an experienced staff that is capable of servicing microscopes from the very basic to the most complex research instruments. JH Technologies is the regional dealer for Leica Microsystems and will be working with Pacific Microsystems to offer their mutual customers a local service including preventative maintenance, repairs, installation, and technical support.
JH Technologies CEO John Hubacz, says “We have done a great job servicing our customers in the Northwest, and because of our commitment we are seeing a surge in business. This surge is stretching our support resources and since our current customers are our most important asset we drop everything to help them first. Our partnership with Pacific Microsystems will increase our resources and allow us to provide current customers more services with faster response times.” Pacific Microsystems owner, Ron Lyse describes, “Pacific Microsystems is a new company but my staff and I have over 30 years of experience servicing and selling microscopes and digital imaging systems. We are really excited to work with JH Technologies and we want to add to the great reputation they have built.”
JH Technologies products are used in a wide variety of industries including hospitals, life science research institutes and universities, education, electronics, forensics, semiconductors, and materials science. The partnership agreement will provide support to all these critical markets segments in the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Hubacz says “This is an excellent opportunity for us to build a great working relationship with honest, hardworking, and talented people who really know the customer base. Ron and his staff are well known and enjoy a terrific personal reputation in the region. With our products and their service we expect our business to double over the next 2 years. “
