"The Threat From Within" by Charles Lee is a thrilling novel of good versus evil.

According to Pew Research Center, 78 percent of teens have a cell phone and roughly half are smartphone users. This high percentage plus regular usage have raised the question of whether cell phones and cell phone towers are harmful to society’s health.

In Charles Lee’s new book, seven high school students with special abilities must stop an Eastern European research institute from using cell phone towers to destroy the mental capacity of teens. With the heavy use of cell phones by teens and increasing presence of cell towers throughout the United Sates, the terrorists have found the ultimate threat.

“The Threat From Within” highlights the potential risk of radiation from cell phone towers on brain development and mental health. Lee’s novel poses many questions and concerns on the heated topic of cell phones.

“The book is a thrilling adventure that provides awareness of a topic that is current and controversial,” Lee said.

Will the seven extraordinary teenagers be able to defeat the evil terrorists or will cell phones be the demise of the youth?
