Pew survey: Americans don’t trust scientists on GMOs

A new survey from the Pew Research Center finds that just 19 percent of Americans think scientists understand the health risks of GM foods. Only 14 percent of Americans are aware that there is a scientific consensus that GM foods are safe to consume.
