THMED makes the candidate experience better than ever

DALLAS, June 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- THMED released the latest version of its one-of-a-kind candidate experience tool, PACER.

PACER is a Practice And Community Evaluation Report of medical facilities seeking new physicians and nurses.  It's an interactive, web-based tool to help candidates fully understand the medical facility and the surrounding community.  The technology leads to better employment matches, while saving clients time and money by gaining candidate insight and lowering interview costs.

The PACER was originally designed by THMED in 2009 to improve the candidate experience and provide feedback to clients.  The technology is unique to THMED and was the first to revolutionize the healthcare industry.  In May 2017, the PACER received a fresh look and now integrates with modern applications such as Yelp and Zillow.

"We want to help our clients improve how they hire by providing a comprehensive tool to nurture candidates through the recruitment process.  We present everything they want to know all on one platform," said Sepi McDonnell, Chief Information Officer.  In addition to an updated look, the new PACER release is mobile and tablet friendly, making it easy for candidates to research new communities and potential employers from any device.

The benefits to clients of THMED go well beyond the candidate experience.   As David Curtis, President of Client Engagement explains, "we are able to use analytics to help determine a candidate's true interest, resulting in 94% of placements being made within 3 interviews or less."

The PACER is available exclusively to clients of Fidelis Partners, THMED Executive Search and Allied Staffing Network.  All companies are divisions of THMED, LLC, a complete healthcare staffing solutions company.  To learn more, visit
