New tumor database deployed to battle childhood Cancer at UC Santa Cruz

(University of California - Santa Cruz) The Treehouse Childhood Cancer Initiative researchers at UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute and the St. Baldrick's Foundation are making a 11,000+ tumor database available for use by all researchers in the pediatric cancer community and beyond in our continued battle to take childhood back from cancer. The database contains RNA-Seq gene expression data, as well as age, disease, and sex.
