COLTS NECK, N.J., Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Eric Casaburi, CEO and founder of Retro Fitness, is known for telling it like it is. His signature New Jersey "shoot-you-straight" style, boundless energy and business savvy have boded Casaburi well in business. Since founding the concept during the recession at the age of 23, Retro Fitness has grown into a $150M a year franchise, boasting half a million members in more than 155 U.S. locations.

Now, through his recently launched two-part online video series, The Weigh-In and The Weekly Gain, Casaburi blends his passion for entrepreneurism and fitness, giving viewers his unvarnished advice on business and life. They also get a rare glimpse into the day-to-day personal and professional life of a modern-day CEO.

The Weigh-In is a business focused Q&A show where Casaburi provides unfiltered and practical advice while outlining strategic tactics for any kind of business owner. The Weekly Gain is Casaburi's documentary series that highlights what it's like to be a CEO, author, entrepreneur, public figure and family man. In addition, some episodes include guests, such as Miss U.S.A. runner-up and last year's Miss New Jersey Chhavi Verg who made a special appearance on The Weigh-In and YouTube and Instagram fitness personality Robert Frank stopped by.

"When people hear CEO, they envision an unreachable suit in a corner office – someone media-trained to speak in canned key messages. That's not me," Casaburi said. "When you tune into The Weigh-In or The Weekly Gain, you get the real deal. You get complete authenticity. You get a real guy hustling to innovate, keep franchisees successful and stay in peak physical condition. The audience gets a glimpse into running a multi-million dollar company while making tough decisions – and making great things happen. My goal is to teach and inspire. If viewers are entertained in the process, God bless."

Both shows, produced by VaynerTalent, give Casaburi an outlet to share his unique philosophies on business and fitness. From witnessing his intense workout routines to listening in on important business calls, viewers are inspired to achieve their dreams and reach the pinnacle of success.

"Eric Casaburi is perfect for the content we strive to produce for business minded individuals," said Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO of VaynerX. "There's no BS with Eric and that's what's great about him.
