Heat and shake with the new microplate thermoshaker from Grant Instruments

June 2004. The newly introduced Grant-bio PHMP microplate thermoshaker from Grant Instruments accommodates two standard depth 96- or 384-well plates.  The PHMP combines optimum heating with controlled orbital shaking to produce the maximum yield from incubation runs.

Heating is optimised by the heated lid, which not only ensures excellent  temperature stability and uniformity across the plates, but also prevents condensation, an important consideration when handling micro-volume samples. It also reduces noise and further insulates and protects sensitive reagents from light damage.

The competitively priced microplate thermoshaker is invaluable in the fields  of immunochemistry and molecular diagnostics, where confidence that stringent requirements of reproducibility and precision are consistently met is a prerequisite.
