Europe’s leading interim specialists providing senior professionals for
the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors - is embarking on
major expansion at its Cambridge headquarters.
The Company, which has established a network of 800 top-flight consultants
in the UK and Europe over the past eight years, is establishing a
recruitment division in direct response to client demand.
Heading up the new division is Tarquin Bennett-Coles, who joins The Harten
Group after acquiring extensive experience in scientific and medical
recruitment. Mr Bennett-Coles has worked with some of the world’s
largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies such as Johnson &
Johnson, GSK and Merck Pharmaceuticals on a range of assignments.
The Harten Group’s recruitment division is being launched as a natural
extension to the Company’s current service of delivering high quality,
experienced individuals to the industry, said Managing Director Vernon
Harten-Ash.
The new division, which will focus on medical affairs, research and senior
commercial specialists, is being created by special request from some of
our existing clients who have already engaged us to find permanent staff
even before our official launch. The division will encapsulate all the
brand values we have established with our successful interim management
service.
