Redasoft, Worley Sign Distribution Agreement for Visual Cloning Software in Australia. 
Toronto, ON - October 23, 2002 - Redasoft, a global provider of drug discovery productivity enhancement software for the life science research community and Worley, a leading distributor of chemistry and biological software, today announced an agreement for the non-exclusive distribution of Redasoft’s desktop software product, Visual Cloning, for the Australian market.

"The Australian biotechnology industry consists of 650 firms of which 60 are publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)," said Danny Reda, Redasoft’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
