TheraSci
and BioFocus enter Drug Discovery Collaboration |

Limited and BioFocus plc (BioFocus) today announced the signing of a drug
discovery partnership. Under the terms of the agreement BioFocus will
implement high throughput screening assays for Nervous System targets
identified by TheraSci. To identify lead molecules, BioFocus will utilize
its diverse primary screening compound libraries in combination with
evaluating proprietary compounds from TheraSci.
TheraSci
will own, develop and commercialise drug candidates that derive from the
collaboration. Biofocus will receive programme funding from TheraSci.
Specific financial details of the collaboration were not disclosed.
