Simon
Kerr joins TheraSci Board |

Limited today announced that Simon Kerr has joined its Board.
Initially Simon will work with the company in a part-time capacity
as a Non-Executive Director and Consultant.
Commensurate with Series “A” funding, he will take on the
full-time position of Chief Executive Officer.
Simon
has a proven track record of developing bioscience businesses, negotiating
transactions and building shareholder value.
TheraSci represents Simon’s fifth early-stage bioscience company,
during the course of which he has personally led eight financing rounds
and three M&A transactions. These
deals have resulted in several successful exits for investors, including
Circassia Limited, Cambridge Genetics Limited and Gemini Genomics.
Simon has degrees from the University of Exeter and London Business
School.
