How do I buy publishing credits?

You can pay by credit card or request a Pro-form invoice using our secure store - for pay-as-you-go go to Purchase Publishing Credits.

The BioPortfolio Content Management System – What is it and how do I use it?

The BioPortfolio site incorporates the WYSIWYG text editor “CKEditor” - see Publishing Guide. This allows you to paste in plain text to the maintenance box and then style it in the same way as you would with word processing software like MS Word.  You can copy and paste content into the editor but the site will convert the copied information into PLAIN TEXT. This is to allow us to preserve the visual and functional integrity of the site which can be damaged if any other formatting is copied in.

Following registration and payment your account will credited with number of purchasing credits acquired.  BioPortfolio will then issue you with a guide ad provide telephne support.

How do I add a company or event?

When you have logged in you go to PROFILE and then lick the appropriate link - Add EVENT, COMPANY etc.  You can then add the title, META tags, text, images etc.  Following submission go back to PROFILE and your entry will be listed.

How do I edit a profile?

Log in, go to Profile and then click the edit link for event etc.

How do I upload a logo?

Detailed instructions are supplied and telephone support.

How much text can I publish?

Up to 1000 words - you can request to publish more.

How many images and what size?

You can add up to three images per release, event - maximum width is 500 pixels.

URL links back website?

You can add upto 10 links back to your website.

What reporting do I receive?

BioPortfolio has implemented Doubleclick for Publishing DfP which allows BioPortfolio to export traffic stats, number of impressions, click thru etc.

What formats can I use?
