Intracranial cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula (CS-dAVF) rarely causes intracranial hemorrhage. We report a case of CS-dAVF presenting with intracranial hemorrhage. A 62-year-old man presented tonic clonic convulsion with consciousness disturbance and was transferred to our hospital.
