Description:

Translocation of CRAC-GFP to the plasma membrane following a uniform increase in chemoattractant. CRAC-GFP/crac- cells were observed before and after the addition of a saturating dose of cAMP (1 µM). Frames were captured every 2 s.. As the chemoattractant was added the cell went out of focus. A transient translocation of CRAC-GFP from the cytosol to the plasma membrane occurred in response to chemoattractant addition. A montage of images taken from this movie is presented in Figure 2.
