Panacea Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in 1999 to discover, develop, and commercialize novel therapeutic and diagnostic products for cancer and diseases of the central nervous system and cancer.The Company's core technologies exploit changes in disease-relevant proteins by altered expression, post-translational modification, and functional variation.
We perform our in-house research and development activities at our 11,000 square foot facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland, which includes a GLP/GMP CLIA laboratory.
The Company also conducts research through Collaborative Research and other agreements with M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas; Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Bethesda, Maryland; Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts; and Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island where teams of researchers are continuing advances on the Company's core technologies.
