The AGRF is an efficient state-of-the-art facility for the collection of molecular genetic information covering large-scale DNA sequencing, genotyping, microarraying, agricultural genomic services and other resources for the genetic and physical mapping of chromosomes, mutation detection and associated bioinformatic analysis. The AGRF is unique internationally because of the breadth of its activities. The Facility provides high quality and highly efficient DNA analysis services to research groups and other organisations who wish to have access to such facilities for a wide range of projects, determined by their own research objectives in medicine, plant and animal science, microbiology, evolutionary biology and biodiversity.
