Alpha Laboratories is ISO 9001:2000 accredited.In real terms this means that we operate 'quality driven' procedures throughout our company; from how we take orders to how we deal with complaints; from how we operate the warehouse to how we train our staff. We think it's made us better and, most importantly, we believe that it continues to push better ways for us to relate to you, our customers.We are also a strong believer in the Investor in People Scheme - we've been accredited since 1994. The scheme encourages the principle by nurturing, listening and training your staff, your company will become a better company. We've certainly seen the benefits and continue to pursue this approach.
