This network is interconnected to the rest of the internet at several points. Brightview has agreements with many UK and European ISPs to exchange traffic, and has arrangements with global carriers such as Level3 and NTT/Verio to provide transport of traffic to anywhere on the globe. Brightview maintains plenty of capacity within its network and interconnections with other providers are at gigabit speeds. The Brightview core network has been built to be resilient and spans several sites in the UK. Each site has been chosen to provide the maximum uptime for our services. Each site has a fully redundant electrical power feed, backed up by local generators, multiple interconnections to our other sites and environmental controls to ensure the best operating environment for our equipment (even though it's a bit chilly for us!).Only Cisco equipment is used in the network, and we have consistently invested in the infrastructure to ensure the best possible service for our customers. We have installed multiple redundant routers throughout our core network, to guarantee that all network traffic can be routed across alternative paths within our network. With this network, our service is not dependent on any single piece of equipment, any single site or any single network link.Brightview aims to provide the best possible service to all our customers and will continue to improve and develop our network to make sure that customers can expect the highest standards of performance and reliability.
