The Arizona BioIndustry Association (ABA) is a not-for-profit, 501 (c) 6 trade association that was reorganized in 2003 to promote the growth of the bioscience industries in Arizona through member services, educational programs, business networking, public policy and entrepreneurial endeavors. It is also the state affiliate of the Washington D.C.-based national Biotechnology Industry Organization (Bio), which represents more than 1,000 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations in 50 states and 33 nations.
