Botanical Enterprises, Inc. (BEI) has been active in the field of botanical medicine since 1992 and was formally incorporated in Delaware in 1997. It is structured as a privately held "virtual" equity holding company for Joint Ventures and other working relationships.
BEI implements its development activities through cooperative working relationships with partners in the countries of product origin and the US. These partnerships identify, develop and license or commercialize science based botanical* products as both physician based pharmaceuticals and consumer health products
