BioPartner Center Leiden was in april 2003 het eerste BioPartner Center in Nederland dat startende ondernemers mocht verwelkomen. Het Center is gevestigd in een gebouw van de Universiteit Leiden (Sylviuslaboratorium) op het BioScience Park in Leiden. In 2004 heeft het BioPartner Center haar eigen entree geopend in dit pand. Momenteel beslaat het center ca. 1.100 m2. BioPartner Center Leiden biedt startende ondernemers in de Life Sciences naast flexibele kantoor- en laboratoriumfaciliteiten in samenwerking met Competence Centre Life Sciences ook management onderteuning en een uitgebreid netwerk van contacten. Bedrijven in het BioPartner Center Leiden profiteren niet alleen van het dienstenaanbod van het Center zelf, maar door de onderlinge contacten met collega-huurders onstaat een waardevol bedrijvennetwerk
