Cambridge BioScience Ltd Company Profile

14:58 EDT 23rd March 2018 | BioPortfolio

Cambridge BioScience is a leading distributor of cutting edge life science research products. Our goal is to identify the most exciting new life science technologies and bring these to our customers, who work in all areas of biological research.

For our customers, we seek out new technologies that will advance their research and help them to make breakthrough discoveries. For our Partners we aim to bring their products to market as quickly and effectively as possible. Our business continues to evolve, both in the nature of the products we offer, as well in the ways we communicate with our customers.

Currently we are seeing the dramatic expansion of functional studies in the post-genome age. Our focus is on new technologies that can reveal the mechanisms underlying cellular processes and to make the link between genes, proteins and patients. In pharmaceutical research we are concentrating on methods that can help drug developers to make safer, more effective drugs that target the individual patient.

We’re also adapting quickly to new communication methods. Through this new website, along with a powerful new Customer Database, we aim to make your experience of working with us more personal. We want to understand your needs better and provide you with the information you need, when you need it and to adapt with you as your research evolves. Register on this site to make the most of the new approaches we are developing.

We always welcome opportunities to work with new Partners that have developed innovations which can benefit our customers. We are now increasingly working with supplier companies that can provide complex service based offerings and those seeking to reach a wider European audience with a single commercial partner. In particular we are targeting the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Diagnostics industries with this approach.

This year, for the first time, we are offering instrumentation that complements our reagent products. We would be interested to hear from manufacturers that have developed novel instrumentation systems that address complex biological challenges.

Your feedback is important to us, so please get in contact with us with your ideas as to how we can serve you better.
