CMAX’s clinical research and analytical facility is committed to providing excellence and quality when servicing the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and researchers worldwide. CMAX is located in Adelaide, South Australia, and offers a wide range of services for the design, implementation and management of Phase I - IV clinical studies.

The self contained clinical unit has a 48 bed capacity which is utilised for conducting a wide range of clinical studies including bioequivalence, bioavailability, proof-of-concept, first-time-in-man studies and Phase II-III studies. CMAX also offers external monitoring services for Phase II-III studies and Phase IV post-marketing studies. The analytical laboratory is equipped with HPLC, LC/MS/MS and GC instrumentation and offers a wide range of analytical services, including assay development and validation, drug analysis in biological specimens and chemical entity analysis.
