This change means that Duke Scientific Corporation joins a publicly held company with a proven track record of providing high quality products and services to the scientific community for more than 100 years. Duke Scientific Corporation will be part of the Fisher Immunodiagnostics unit of Fisher Scientific International Inc. and our business will remain in California.Duke Scientific Corporation will continue to operate as before, providing the same high quality products and technical services. The Duke brand will also remain intact and be fully supported. I encourage you to continue to interact with Duke Scientific Corporation just as you normally would.
