Dune Medical Devices is engaged in the development and commercialization of highly advanced, real-time, tissue characterization devices. Dune's devices enable complete, residual-free, therapeutic excisions.Led by a team of medical device veterans Dune Medical has developed a powerful platform technology for real-time identification and localization of sub-millimeter cancer cell clusters. Embedded in hand-held devices, the technology will be used in open surgical procedures to help surgeons identify tumor margins and avoid cancer residual. In endoscopic procedures, it will provide superior detection and surveillance and enable less invasive, yet complete, endoscopy-based therapy.
Dune Medical is a privately held company founded in 2002 and headquartered in Ceasarea, Israel.
