The new company was formed on April 2, 2002 from the combination of Nissei Sangyo America, Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation of Tokyo, Japan; the Semiconductor Equipment Group of Hitachi America, Ltd.; and Hitachi Instruments, Inc., a subsidiary of Hitachi America, Ltd. Working in a team relationship, Hitachi High Technologies America professionals concentrate on innovative design, utilization of the world's most advanced technologies, comprehensive marketing, sales and service experience.
