KeyDP was founded in November 2001 by Flip Hoedemaeker, Jan Pieter Abrahams and Hans van Beek. Since our inception, we have been a private, independent income generating company. Our team believes in the power of establishing the 3 D structure of disease implied protein targets as the basis for rational drug design. We apply our high throughput protein crystallography technology as services to the biotech and pharma industry, in joint discovery partnerships and to in-house programmes. Together with the Cyttron consortium, we will expand the role of structural biology beyond the present crystallographic and NMR applications. Together with Formulatrix, we offer other laboratories the opportunity to get the best high throughput protein crystallography tools in-house.
